Working closely with and directly reporting to the reference Managing Partner of the Strategy & Marketing area, the identified resource will join the corresponding business unit of GELLIFY, a company that is active in the innovation market and whose mission is to develop companies and start-ups in the fields of B2B Enterprise SW and Software-as-a-Service, by providing a high added value service, outsourcing and investment platform. Activities will be carried out both for GELLIFY and for the “gellified” companies participating in our development programme. This position is very dynamic and rich in qualifying content, and can imply moving from a mere management role within the marketing sector to a more consulting and comprehensive approach towards the tasks and needs of a software vendor in the strategic, positioning and lead generation fields.

We are looking for talent able to handle the different levels and priorities of all activities within this segment, with a consulting approach and the ability to motivate and manage a team in an execution-oriented way.

In particular:

  • Management of projects relating to marketing plan

Execution and improvement of the channel strategy on:

  • Sales field
  • Digital and social
  • Events and community
  • Creation and updating of commercial and marketing material
  • Support in the definition of bundle / offering
  • Management of lead generation campaign

Competences and experience required:

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  •     A degree in the economic field or a degree in other fields, yet with experience in economics
  •     At least three years’ experience in marketing and strategy
  •     Good knowledge of English
  •     Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  •     Excellent knowledge of the Lead Generation processes within the B2B market
  •     Excellent knowledge of CRM and digital marketing tools (reference CMS on the market, MS Dynamics and/or Hubspot, MailChimp,…)

Further qualifying characteristics:

  •     Experience in the field of start-ups or innovative SMEs
  •     Knowledge of the innovation and venture capital market
  •     Background in Software Enterprise / SaaS or services
  •     Sales or pre-sales experience regarding complex projects
  •     Familiarity with lean and agile methodologies

Personal characteristics:

  •     Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
  •     Excellent time organisation and management skills
  •     Inclination to problem solving
  • Operational autonomy and flexibility
