CEO & Founder,
Fabio Nalucci, started as an entrepreneur, growing two companies in the analytics field. The idea of Gellification of start-ups derives from the successful experience as a founder of SPSS Italy and i4C Analytics, who taught him how to be an entrepreneur in the B2B software business.
Fabio Nalucci is distinguished as an entrepreneur and manager. He built two companies in the analytics environment, IC4 and SPSS Analytics one of which went global and was recognized in Gartner’s 2014 Magic Quadrant for Advanced Analytics Platforms. The firm then made an exit, being acquired by Accenture Global. Nalucci subsequently became the Senior Global Manager for Accenture Analytics.
In 2017, he launched GELLIFY – the first B2B platform to connect businesses with innovative technologies from startups and infused in-house capabilities. He is also an active member of the academic community as a published researcher and lecturer at Milan State University and Bologna Business School. Born in 1975, Nalucci is married and has one child. He resides in Bologna, Italy.
Managing Partner & Founder, GELLIFY
Michele has contributed to the success of startups that have become established internationally. In February 2017, he co-founded GELLIFY – which was named by him – of which he is currently a Managing Partner with a focus on business development, strategy and marketing.
Michele Giordani has enjoyed a long career in B2B software, with a focus on analytics, big data, machine learning and AI. He has contributed to the success of multiple startups as they internationalized their data-driven business models. He is a board member in several startups. Giordani also serves as CEO at Jumple, a customer engagement platform connected to a humanoid robot which improves the retail experience. In 2017, Giordani founded GELLIFY, where he is involved in business development, strategy and marketing and as the expert for company building and Corporate Venture Capital.
Managing Partner & Founder, GELLIFY
In the last 15 years, Gianluigi has developed deep knowledge in Information Technology, especially in decision support system software for enterprises. He co-founded GELLIFY in 2017, bringing his experience in creating and managing complex organizations in the consulting and innovation world.
Gianluigi Martina has spent his twenty years’ career in B2B software and management consulting. Martina’s specialties include applying analytics, big data, machine learning and AI in multiple enterprise contexts. He played a key role in the success of i4C Analytics, following the company from its foundation, to its international scale-up, and finally to its successful exit. Martina was in charge of several leading roles within Accenture Analytics, with a special focus on energy and utilities. As a passionate entrepreneur, Martina serves as a board member in several startups.
In 2017, Martina founded GELLIFY, where he is instrumental in starting up company operations, business development, and leading technology evaluation for B2B software.

Giovannetti has a strong background in digital innovation. Serving first in the role of CIO at Del Monte Foods International, then as the central director at Amadori, he led and managed business transformation projects, believing in digital innovation as a driver for economic and social development.
Co-founder of the research center Digital Enterprise Lab at the Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Giovannetti acts as a teacher and advisor in several business schools and innovation centers.

Massimo Cannizzo is a C-level senior advisor, executive, and entrepreneur. He specializes in the space of innovative technologies across multiple industries and countries. Cannizzo, before starting his venture with GELLIFY Group, recently served in the role of Global Data Strategy Lead at Accenture Strategy, as well as the Tech & Digital Consulting Lead for South Europe and Middle East in Accenture Consulting. Cannizzo began his 28-year career with a five-year tenure in aerospace systems in the U.S. and Europe.
He then joined Accenture, where he drove innovation and transformation programs in multiple European countries and different industries, including telecommunication, banking, insurance, energy, public services and retail. Cannizzo graduated in 1992 with a master’s degree in Telecommunication Engineering at the University of Rome. He is the father of three children and has resided in Dubai, UAE since 2012.

Diego Fernandez has several years of experience creating and leading technology startups. He also sits on the Executive board of various international companies / VC’s and as an Advisor. He is also professor of digital transformation at Barcelona Technology School. Fernandez began his career in Advertising, soon after turning to technology and interactive ventures where he created several successful startups, going through also on the Consulting field, advising large companies and helping them to implement efficiently innovation strategies.
20 years’ experience in tech management for R&D and Industrial Operations.
Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano, Executive Master in Technologies & Innovation Management at the Bologna Business School. Professional experience started in Aerospace and then moved to Home Appliances, in Whirpool Corporation and Electrolux Group. After managerial positions in Electrolux technology organisation, Lucia implemented Open Innovation strategy and then built Innovation Hub. Now Managing Partner at GELLIFY, with a focus on Industry 4.0 and Open Innovation.

He obtained a degree in Communication Sciences and Technologies at the IULM University of Milan (2007) and a Master of Science in Communication & Economics, with Major in Marketing summa cum laude at the Università della Svizzera Italiana (2010). In 2007, he attended the Summer School of the London School of Economics and the Peking University on China’s Economic Growth, International Trade and Foreign Direct Investments. After gaining some work experience in China in the marketing sector, at the age of 24, he set up his own business focused on digital communication and crowdfunding. In 2013, he founded, alongside Andrea Landini, COPPA+LANDINI, a consulting company for design-driven innovation, which was acquired by GELLIFY in 2017.
He is co-founder of CrowdChicken, a software start-up dedicated to the no-profit sector. His approach to consulting is oriented towards the generation of significant innovation. As a speaker and moderator, he participated in several innovation events. He is a Contract Professor at the IED of Rome, where he teaches Planning Methodology. In addition, he lectures at the Design Management specialisation course of Il Sole 24 Ore and in other business schools. He is currently Managing Partner of GELLIFY and he is responsible for the Innovation Advisory and Interactive areas.

Managing Partner of Gellify, he has given courses and lessons at the Bocconi University of Milan, the IULM University of Milan, the Catholic University of Milan, the IED of Milan and the Università della Svizzera Italiana of Lugano. He was listed by Wired as one of the top 100 most promising young people in Italy and selected for the 2016 Wired Innovation Award.

After a degree in Economics and an MBA at Bocconi University, Fabio Vaccarono joined the strategic consulting firm Bain & Company and subsequently held various positions as CEO and General Manager, from Gruppo Editoriale L’Espresso to Gruppo Sole 24 Ore and RCS Mediagroup. He was also CEO of Starcom Mediavest, a Publicis Groupe company.
In 2020 Vaccarono was appointed Vice President of Google, while still maintaining the role of CEO of Google Italy and member of the board of Google Europe, Middle East and Africa. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Sole 24 Ore Group, Pegaso – Multiversity Group, AmCham Italy, the Scientific Committee of the Mattei Foundation, the Assonime Council and the digital board of Sorgenia.

The first GELLIFY investor is Romeo Magagnotti, CEO and Founder of AliasLab SpA, a leading company in electronic signature and security market which has been acquired in 2016 by the bigger software house in Italy for SMI business software called Team System Group. He is founder and counsellor of AliasNet, the holding company controlling SCYTALE, which is one the most active startups in digital signature and strong authentication solutions on the blockchain.
He also founded LACS System, one of the most innovative companies in military training and DDM Technology, a SAP consulting services company with specialties in document management. He’s a GELLIFY Group shareholder. Magagnotti is married and has one child. He resides in Mantova.
